Steven Swift is an international session musician, who specialises in the Bass Guitar. Having toured Germany, Belgium, The Netherlands and the U.K. Steven is an experienced musician.

Graduating with a Bmus Popular music degree from the University of Wolverhampton, Steven has performed throughout the UK and Europe alongside demonstrating and participating in masterclasses for Roland and Boss on their UK Academy tour.

Not limiting himself to just one area of the music industry, Steven also co-owns and teaches Bass Guitar at Teach Me Music, which is a private music academy with Rockschool approval. Steven is also an online columnist for Emeraz.com, which has recently been rebranded as inmusik.co and a session (recording or performance) bassist.

Previous work includes working with Tribute and Function bands such as The Domino band, Enraged (Uk’s number 1 tribute to Rage against the Machine), Absolute Groove, i-Candy and touring Europe with Steelyard. Previous Original band work includes Vidina, Sons of Belial, Winter Storm, Silverspark and Ramshackle.

With a solo E.P. coming soon, Steven is casting his musical web far and wide. As a young musician with 8 years of experience as a bassist, transcriber, composer, arranger and music tutor it’s easy to think that Steven is stretching himself thin but Steven is Sighted as being

“One of the finest bass players I've worked with and I've worked with quite a few over the years . A truly talented musician and a fine young man.”

from fellow musicians and

“I'm really impressed with how they have turned out. You've really added another level to rock and roll ya”

from his recording work,

Steven is building a great reputation as a young bassist who you can rely on. The future is bright, although possibly not Orange for Steven and his music career.
